George Mandalakis has been a member of the Aldemar Resorts family for 27 years starting from the position of Receptionist at Aldemar Cretan Village. Currently he holds the position of Reservations Manager at Aldemar Royal Mare, in Crete.
George has a rich experience full of interactions with different kinds of people through all these years. All these years he has been listening to guests’ queries and problems, providing them with assistance, information and solutions in a courteous and attentive way, but also he has been attending meetings with the Hotel Managers and the Heads of Departments. A very active and proactive professional who contributes to the company with his deep knowledge of reservations, trends and competition.

Communication with guests. It’s very moving and a great satisfaction when they contact me to express their content during or after their stay.
During the 7 years I worked in Olympian Village, I had to deal with many Greek guests. One of them was a famous doctor and his wife. Both very demanding and difficult to be satisfied at the beginning and I have to admit that they gave me a hard time with their exceptional wishes. Ultimately, they became one of our best repeater guests, but also personal friends of mine. They even honored me by coming to Crete from Athens only to attend my daughter’s baptism!
