As we employ more than 1,200 employees, Aldemar Resorts Human Resources is the cornerstone of our hotel operations and is the power behind the services we offer. 1st Employee Blood Bank

Every activity and action undertaken by Aldemar Resorts, a leader in the tourism sector, is centred around people. In 1997 it founded the first voluntary blood bank for its employees and their relatives. Twice a year, the hotel organises a Volunteer Day when executives and employees can send their own resounding message of humanity and solidarity by donating blood.

In 2000 we created an organic farm which on average produces 31% of the fruit and vegetables we need each summer. In 2011, our vegetables and vines were certified by the BioEllas Inspection Institute of Organic Products. In 2018 we launched our exclusive Aldemar Selection of products including wine, raki and oil, herbs from our garden. These will be given as corporate gifts but will also be available in the a la carte restaurant and room suites.
