Sympossio: IT IS greece we love

The Sympossio initiative whose specific goal is to promote Greece abroad through its gastronomic culture, local products and tourist enterprises, fulfils an equally clear objective: it prepares the ground in the domestic market, so as to convey the message to tourist entrepreneurs and producers as well as to the general public, that together we can better create favourable conditions for our growth. By introducing the concept of synergy, as a business philosophy, into one of the most crucial sectors of Greek economy, it works by rallying and heartening the general community, especially during the period of severe crisis we are going through, while concurrently, over time, it will bring a positive economic outcome for us all.

At least twice a year all the hotels organize beach cleaning, with the participation of the Group’s human resources, visitors and in collaboration with local authorities.

In 2011 we collaborated as both sponsors and volunteers in cleaning the beach at Marathia in the Prefecture of Ilias as part of the SKAI programme ‘Cleaning up Greece’.
